Also, I REALLY need to start drawing again soon... the fact that minor photo manipulations and some icons is all the semi-artistic stuff I've done lately is rotting my drawing ability. Somebody please jumpstart my drawing hand! Need to finish a few, they've been sitting around unfinished FOREVER. I think this one'd probably be easiest.  Pencil's always been what I'm most comfortable with.  Must find my drawing pencils. 4B, dónde estás?

it's actually not as cool a story as you'd think XD not at first anyway - my old screenname was "mlamaroq" and my friends used to see llama in it all the time. One of them started associating my screenname with llama and that's what I've been ever since. It works for my rl friends - we all have animals.

Mmhmm! And I was listening to Five For Fighting while battling dirty dishes for possession of the kitchen sink earlier, and I thought of you, because you've used a few of their songs on Mishima.

Yeah... It really gets stuck in your head, doesn't it? I love it... until I've listened to it 20 million times in a row, then I really need a break.

Llamas are much more cuddly than fishies... Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming; what do we do? we swim! Yep, long before Finding Nemo existed, this was my mindset, and my summer camp nickname was Triciafish. Which is a bit long, so Fish works. And sounds close enough to Trish that I'll answer to it fairly easily. That was a fun summer... we got to organize a water carnival for the younger kids, and I volunteered to be one of the ones they threw wet sponges at, so that I got to keep jumping into the water every time I got hit with one, since that was the penalty. Much more fun that way.

3. Role-playing, because I don't tend to have extended motivation when it comes to writing things down unless I've got interaction with other people to motivate me. Maybe my motivational issues in this respect would change if we got me on antidepressants that worked again, but otherwise? I don't think so.

6. Um... abstractly in really bright colors and dark colors, with a biiiig paintbrush? I'm better at drawing than painting, and I don't think I work fast enough or have the patience for a mural...

7. Somebody I love. Doesn't have to be romantically, could be a friend, but somebody important to me. I can't choose one person in particular... If I had to, I guess my best friend since I was really little.

1. That is so awesome. I have something sort of like that from my Grandpa, except it was a Christmas ornament that he made on my very first Christmas. We've hung it on the tree every year since, and I love it even thought its falling apart.

Oh woooowww. That drawing is amazing. In my humble opinion it really captures the emotions in the dog's face. The eyes and mouth especially. Even the set of the ears.

I need to get back to drawing too. All this being depressed and unmotivated has rotted my ability to near nonexistence and it was never that great to begin with. [It's very graphic novel esque. Realism? What that be?]

Exactly. I'm having medication issues at the moment. (As in, I thought they weren't doing anything and stopped taking them since they sometimes made me sick. Whoops, turns out they WERE helping at least a little.) I can't motivate myself for ANYTHING. Doing the dishes without being forced by family members is an accomplishment right now; I put on music really loud and dance around while I do them so as to convince myself it's not a chore. [I'm the exact opposite. Can't do animation/graphic novel style to save my life.]

1. Because I like talking to you, and you're cool, so when you asked me on Janet's journal if you could friend me, of course I said yes and friended you back.

2. I kind of wanna say Roy... When I joined Mishima, he was the only one of your active characters I knew. ♥ Plus, Roy makes me happy, and so do you.

3. I like that you say what you're thinking, and that you're willing to say when you have issues and can't handle something for the time being. Also, I think it's really hard to get back into something when you've been gone for awhile, and I admire the fact that you're doing that at Mishima. (And am glad, because I'd miss you if you left. <3)

1. It exists? I think it probably wouldn't be bad, but it wouldn't mix as well with cranberry juice or concentrated mango juice as unflavored or fruit-flavored, so I wouldn't buy it often even if I did like it. I like mixing seltzer and juice.

2. Yesterday, if the horrendous sort-of-semblance of a lawn in my yard counts as grass... I've been known to dance barefoot on wet grass to no music when I'm in a better mood though.

3. I have to choose? Ummmm... Ninjas, because I am one. "Ha, yeah right, pacifist girl, if you're a ninja, I'm the pope." Eheheh...

4. I walked 2 miles to the store... mmmmm, ice cream and chocolate... there's a lot I'd do...

5. I have to pick ONE!? Um... I don't think I can. I'll pick something, and then 5 seconds after I post this, I'll go "WHY did I say that, I like THIS so much better!" For lack of any other ideas, mmm, first book I see glancing across my room... The Fox, by Sherwood Smith. Because otherworldly pirate crews are cool, as are non-real world politics and military issues. In real life, those 2 things exasperate me, but in a somewhat fantasy setting, they're pretty awesome. It helps that warfare involves swords and archery and cavalry and sea battles, as opposed to bombs and guns.

6. I'm not sure... my lack of significant cleavage wouldn't be an issue in one, which is always nice... I think I'd look decent, provided my sensitive skin wasn't having a bad week, because then I'd look horrendous in anything. I will say I'd welcome the opportunity to find out.

7. The people who decide Avatar's release dates. I want an episode with Iroh, damn it, hurry up and give us the next one!

1. Because you liked so many of the same things as me, and your innuendos, both in and out of character, made me grin lots.

2. Miroku, and Ninja Turtles. XD And our favorite hobbit... (Well, he's tied with Sam for me, but...)

3. Um... I can't think of just one thing... I like the way you'll joke around with innuendos, but also can shift to serious/compassionate/understanding as soon as you see it's needed, and it's not the kind of understanding that's pressuring, since for someone like me who often doesn't talk about their problems, sometimes people offering to listen has the opposite effect and makes me shut myself off. (I've been really lucky on this front lately, with quite a few people, and I'm grateful.) And... there are too many things... *hugs*

4. I wanted a real world RP with Naruto and some other series, maybe Bleach, but not a ton of series; I wanted to know most of the characters going in. I'd looked at No Air awhile back, if that'd been active I would've applied there; it wasn't, and so I met all you wonderful people. ♥

5. What makes Raphael your favorite Ninja Turtle? (hee, I liked Leo best when I was little, but I think Mikey's my favorite now...)

5. My favorite Ninja Turtle changes fairly often. XD (I originally liked Donatello as a kid because I like smart guys, but then when I found out Leo had nearly no love, he was my favorite because I root for the underdog whenever possible. Leo's now my consistent second favorite. ^^ I like Mikey, but think I might actually be too similar to him to really like him, which kinda scares me. o_O) I always seem to go back to Raphael, though, probably because I tend to like angry characters. Most people judge them as being characters who are angry at everything and everyone for no real reason. Truthfully, though, they tend to have the most depth and feel the most pain. That's definitely the case with Raphael, since he's the turtle who most longs to have what the humans have, whether it's freedom to walk around the streets or dealing with "normal" problems like paying bills on time. He's purposely hidden that underneath so much muscle and anger, though, that almost no one sees that... and he'd probably be happy to know that his tough guy persona has worked so convincingly.

1. I like the cinnamon ones, not crazy about other kinds though.

2. It's been awhile... I promise to pay closer attention to them when I go camping this month and am far away from pollution & ambient lighting and they're bright. XD And then I'll think of you, because you asked me this.

5. Humuhumunukunukuapua'a. Which is Hawaiian for reef triggerfish, but is also a lie, I just felt like saying it. My favorite fish are neon tetras. The really tiny fish with bright teal and orange streaks.

6. Um... Distraction... distraction is a good thing. Either that or I'd get behind some kind of barrier through which said crazed animal couldn't pass. Hopefully there'd be one near to hand, as Tri's not a cowgirl and can't lasso it.

7. I'm borderline-pacifist... I can't really think of anyone I'd really like to slap. It doesn't feel like something I'd do, unless a person were trying to hurt me first. And even then, I'd probably kick them, since my legs are stronger than my arms.
